DatifyAI exists to help you present your best, real self. It is not a tool for deception or impersonation.

You may not use DatifyAI to

• Upload photos of any person without their permission, or generate images of someone other than yourself without authorization.
• Generate images of minors, or any sexual, explicit, or suggestive content.
• Impersonate another person, create images for catfishing, fraud, or fake identity documents, or otherwise deceive.
• Generate non-consensual, harassing, violent, or illegal content.
• Circumvent safety systems, rate limits, or credit accounting.

Enforcement

Prompts are screened, generations are rate-limited per account and per network address, and violations may lead to content removal, throttling, suspension, or account termination. Where required, we cooperate with law enforcement.

Reporting misuse

Report suspected misuse of DatifyAI (including images you believe were generated of you without consent) to abuse@datifyai.app. We review every report.
