The DatifyAI Guarantee

Two guarantees, and the first one asks nothing of you.

1. The 14-day no-questions refund

If the photos do not look like you, or you simply do not like them, tell us within 14 days of your purchase and you get every dollar back. No screenshots, no forms, no conditions, no explanation required. Text or call (407) 391-5139, or email support@manna.moda with the email address on your account. That is the whole process. Refunds go back to the original payment method and we process them within five business days.

2. The Triple Match Guarantee

Put your DatifyAI photos on your main dating app and leave them up for 30 days. If your weekly match count has not at least tripled, you get 100% of your money back on top of whatever the app did or did not do for you.

3. How to claim the Triple Match Guarantee

Two screenshots. Take one of your match count before you swap your photos, and one after 30 days. Send both to support@manna.moda along with the email address on your DatifyAI account. Any view that shows your matches works, including the matches list itself. If your app does not display a weekly number, tell us what it does show and we will work with that rather than turn you away on a technicality.

4. The window to claim

Claims open on day 30 after your purchase and close on day 60, which gives you a full month of slack to get around to it. We review every claim within five business days.

5. What is not covered

We cannot honor a Triple Match claim where the photos were never actually published to a dating profile, where the screenshots have been edited, or where the same person has already claimed once. Buying credits and never using them is not a guarantee claim, it is an unused balance, and the 14-day refund in section 1 covers it anyway.

6. Honest use

DatifyAI photos are AI-generated from your own reference photo and are meant to look like you. Present yourself honestly. Using photos that misrepresent your appearance is against our Acceptable Use Policy and voids these guarantees.

These guarantees sit alongside your statutory rights and do not replace them. They are offered in addition to the refund terms in our Terms of Service.
