The service

DatifyAI generates dating-profile photos from a reference photo you provide, using AI image-generation technology. Results are AI-generated and vary; we do not guarantee any particular likeness quality, matches, dates, or outcomes of any kind.

Your content and permissions

You confirm that you own or have permission to use every reference photo you upload and that you are authorized to generate images of the person shown. You retain rights to your uploaded photos and may use your generated photos for personal purposes. You grant us the limited license needed to process and store your content to operate the service.

Credits and payments

Credits are one-time purchases processed by Stripe. One successful generation consumes one credit; failed generations are refunded automatically. Credits are not transferable and, except where required by law, unused credits are not refundable for cash.

Acceptable use

Use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate it.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
